What Intel121 is
Intel121 is a private, invite-only intelligence concierge. A small team of named analysts curates a personal briefing feed for each client and is available to them directly through the app’s messaging. Because the service is personal by design, the information we hold is what makes the service work — and we treat it accordingly.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and (if you enable WhatsApp delivery) your phone number.
- Your briefing preferences — standing instructions, feedback, topics and people you choose to follow, and notification settings.
- Messages — what you write or record to your analyst team, including replies to briefing items.
- Basic usage signals — which items you’ve read or voted on, so your team can calibrate what to send you.
- Device push tokens — if you enable notifications, an identifier that lets us deliver them to your device.
How we use it
For one purpose: running your briefing service. Your analyst team (and the software that assists them) uses this information to select, write, and deliver your briefings and to respond to your messages. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to track you across other apps or websites. There is no advertising in Intel121.
Who can see it
Your feed and messages are visible to you and to the Intel121 analyst team serving you. Each client’s data is isolated from every other client’s. We use a small set of service providers to operate the product — hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email and messaging delivery (Brevo, Twilio, Apple and Google push), and AI drafting assistance (Anthropic) — each processing data only to provide the service. Content you choose to share onward (for example, a watermarked briefing copy you generate) leaves the app at your direction.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while you are a client so your team keeps its context. If you end the service, ask us and we will delete your account data. You can also request a copy of your information, or correction of it, at any time.
Security
Access is invite-only, sign-in uses one-time codes rather than stored passwords, data is encrypted in transit, and file attachments live in a private vault accessible only through expiring links.
